Meaning & context
Taken from the word heoseob-seuraegi (허섭스레기) meaning a shabby, humble, or worn-out thing, it was distorted to heojeob-seuraegi (허접쓰레기) and then shortened to heojeob. The slang meaning is to be lousy at something or to suck, and it is most often used in reference to online gaming such as StarCraft.

What? I can play StarCraft. . .
Yeah, but you always walk away when your phone rings.
Well, that’s if it’s business . . .
Business? The business of picking up girls! You only talk to girls!!
At least I have game. . . Maybe that’s why you are so heojeob at dating.
