Meaning & context
Literally “it’s cool” (as in a bit brisk or bracing). Here it refers to the cool sensation of feeling refreshed or revitalized after “relieving” oneself in the bathroom. Used jokingly among friends, particularly males, it is most often used to describe the relaxing feeling of voiding one’s bladder.
