Meaning & context

Young female fans in Korea would often chase popular K-Pop Idol singers or famous actors while screaming “oppa~~~~!!!!” (older brother), so these girls became called bba-sun-i 빠순이 (a combination of 오빠+순이). Teenage fans can be over the top, so the shortened form of ~bba describes someone who’s excessively into something with the name of that thing or person preceding it. It can be used for famous people, political figures or even brands.

율무

And isn’t your boyfriend Pajeon?

YuJa

Maybe I need a break from Pajeon for a while.
