[ggo-ra-ji]

to be homely, odd or unsightly

Meaning & context

Coming from the word ggol (꼴), which means a shape, state of being, a look or a plight, this expression is usually used to describe clothing, dancing, a look or style, etc. (rather than a person) as having a homely appearance or unsightly form.

PaRam

Did you see that chick walk by? She’s to die for!

SunSu

To die for? She looks like a whore. How can she dress in such a ggoraji? She wants to come to the club dressed like that. . . She might as well come naked.

PaRam

You wish!
