Ssing comes from the Korean ssing ssing (씽씽), an onomatopoeic word to describe a speeding vehicle. This is combined with the English word “go,” repeated twice, to urge friends to speed. Mainly used on the internet and in text messaging to relate the need for speed and somewhat similar to “go go go,” “we’ve got to hustle,” “pick up the pace,” “let’s haul ass!” or “bust a move.”
