What a relief!

시원하다 – it’s relaxing or refreshing; invigorating; revitalizing; whew; brisk or bracing; what a relief; feel better; that’s a load off—- hit the spot “Everything come out alright?” Literally “it’s cool” (as in cold). It refers to the cool sensation of feeling refreshed. This is used jokingly among friends, especially after going to the bathroom: “Was it refreshing?” or “Whew, that totally hit the spot.”
